5 cl SASH & FRITZ vodka
2.5 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
1.5 cl Worcester sauce
16 cl Organic tomato juice (e.g. Voelkel)
1 pinch celery salt
1 small pinch muscovado sugar
3 twists of fresh pepper (e.g. Ingo Holland or Kampot pepper)
1 teaspoon freshly grated horseradish
1 pinch chilli chutney
A stalk of celery as garnish
Put all the ingredients into the mixing cup and transfer carefully to another mixing cup. Repeated several times. Finally, pour into a chilled long drink glass and garnish with the celery stick; serve with a tomato crackers and fresh horseradish if desired.
